Maintenance
Scheduled Maintenance - kvm21 - August 12th

On August 12th at 10pm CEST, we're performing a migration of kvm21 and kvm22. This planned outage will take several hours to complete. We currently expect to finish by August 13th, 10 pm CEST.

Details about the maintenance: We'll be using this time to migrate cloud servers on kvm21 and kvm22 to our cloud cluster. During this maintenance window, all cloud servers located on those hosts will be inaccessible. We will do our absolute best to perform this operation as fast as possible.

We appreciate your patience and understanding. As always, if you have any questions or issues, please submit them at https://my.combahton.net.

Past Incidents

Thursday 9th January 2020

Cloud Nodes FFM2 Slightly decreased performance on some Cloud Servers

We currently see a slightly decreased performance for our Cloud Servers due to a issue with SSD Storage connectors on GlusterFS nodes, which does not provide the maximum rate.
The issue is investigated and we will perform required work to restore fullspeed.

Cloud Nodes FFM2 Migration of Cloud Node kvm26 / kvm27 taking longer as expected

Planned maintenance for both kvm26 and kvm27 currently takes longer as expected. Migration is still ongoing for some Cloud Servers.
We expect the migration to be finished within the next 4-6 hours. Cloud Servers which were not yet migrated, will be still running on the old Node.
The current migration may impact the storage performance of other Cloud Servers running on our new environment, we are trying to minimize the impact.

Update 02:47 pm (UTC+1): We currently expect all remaining Cloud Servers to be migrated until 08:00 pm. Migration is ongoing and remaing servers are started on their origin node until migrated on the new nodes.
