DDoS-Protection Network disturbance affecting Layer4 DDoS Protection at FFM3

We currently have a network issue which affects customer ip-space under active ddos protection. On call duty is already working on the restoration of the service.

Affected customers can turn off permanent ddos protection until the incident is resolved.

15:40: The incident has been resolved, a broken Quadport 10GE NIC has caused issues. We have isolated the affected filter and will replace the defective card shortly. Mitigation is still supported by the remaining filters within the cluster.
